Monday, a lawsuit was filed in the Lancaster County District Court by the Nebraska Sheriff's Association ("NSA"). The NSA is the State's oldest organization of its kind. Formed in 1894, NSA has dedicated its cause to the youth of Nebraska. On December 31,2009, the NSA was forced to vacate it's headquarters, monthly meeting and training facility that was located across the street from the Devaney Center on the grounds of the former State Fairgrounds.
